Role: As the Engineering Manager, AI in the Artificial Intelligence group, you will be responsible for leading the development of the core AI/ML capabilities to power the entire Splunk product portfolio and help our customers to drive their journey to digital resiliency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and help drive the scientific roadmap of the area. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in AI/ML technology, including deep learning, time series modeling, natural language processing, and unsupervised learning. • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in reputed company technology and Large Language Models (LLM). • Experience with leading and managing machine learning teams of applied scientists and engineers. • Experience with developing large-scale, reputed company models and deploying them in production systems. • Experience with setting and executing innovation strategies at both technical and organizational levels to drive business objectives. • Familiarity with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications. • Experience in the Cybersecurity industry is preferred.
