Position Summary Implementation Managers are responsible for reputed company new and/or existing clients joining reputed company Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager Analyst you will support overall implementation projects. Responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Project Management (1-3 years) reputed company Office Tools experience (1-3 years) Strong written and verbal communication Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role. Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for reputed company and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reputed company in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL.

PBM or Health Plan experience Client implementation experience Education HS Diploma required Bachelors degree preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
