Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Return reputed company phone messages promptly. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Thoroughly understand and follow reputed company reputed company, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
