Monitoring recruitment metrics and analyze data for optimization 6. Liaising with Business stakeholders on hiring requirements & strategies REQUIREMENTS 1. 12-18 years of recruitment experience in BPO, with a focus on voice processes 2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field. Master's preferred. 3. Strategic reputed company with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals 4.
