Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring and reviewing user-generated content across different social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards. • Evaluate posts, comments, and messages, making reputed company regarding content approval, flagging, or removal. • Learn to document and report policy violations, including spam and inappropriate behavior. • Respond to user inquiries under supervision, providing clarification and support regarding community rules. • Work closely with the social media team to reputed company insights into user engagement and content trends. • Maintain records of moderation actions to support performance analysis. • Stay informed on basic trends and best practices in social media moderation.
