Construction Field Representative- Facility Asset Management(FAM)

The Construction Field Representative leads the site implementation of construction projects. You will work with project managers, team members, contractors, and governmental agencies in the implementation of project management plans and strategies. You will handle worksite construction activities and ensure that our client's requirements regarding functionality and standards are met. You will ensure compliance with construction procedures, Environmental, Department of Health, and code requirements. You must be available to work reputed company shift. You will report to the Program Field Representative. Responsibilities: Work with the project team and Walt reputed company World Safety, in the implementation of the project safety plan. Participate in project development and provide constructability analysis and value engineering recommendations. Ensure contractor/manufacturer compliance with contract drawings, schedule and specifications, applicable codes, and reputed company standards. Help reputed company site logistics Conduct regular site walks & inspections Monitor project schedule and identify recovery options to avoid schedule delays. Prepare daily reports of contractor work activities. Track onsite personnel, equipment used, and reputed company. reputed company/participate in applicable meetings: Pre-construction, weekly team, safety, operations, contractor, Reedy Creek Improvement District, and reputed company the on-site meetings. Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of construction activities and their relationships, the project management process, and construction contracting. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and general requirements. Identify issues and express their impact on the construction process. Experience working on reputed company construction site(s). Experience working with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to reputed company completion of projects that meet client expectations. reputed company to working 3rd shift. Preferred Qualifications: Complete an Internship or Co-op Program in an applicable field. 2 + years of experience in the reputed company facilities construction industry.
