Our client, a well-reputed company retail apparel company, is looking for a QA reputed company with reputed company WFM Pro expertise to join their team for a remote 9-month contract. Please note: this is a W-2 contract (we cannot employ C2C). Responsibilities: reputed company QA Efforts: • reputed company testing for reputed company Pro WFM projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. • Define testing strategies and mentor QA team members. Plan and Execute Tests: • Create and run test plans, test cases, and scripts. • Use Test Assure and other tools to reputed company reputed company and automated testing. Validate reputed company Configurations: • Ensure reputed company configurations meet client needs. • Test integrations, workflows, and data flows end-to-end. Manage Defects: • Identify and document issues, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Improve Processes: • Stay updated on QA best practices and reputed company updates. • Recommend and implement ways to improve QA processes. Requirements: • Experience: 5-7+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on reputed company Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems. • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of reputed company configuration, workflows, and customizations. • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company testing issues. • Certifications: Preferred certifications in QA or reputed company Pro WFM tools.
