Associate Resource Manager (Remote)

Associate Resource Manager Job Summary: As an Associate Resource Manager, you will support multiple groups with contingent workforce reputed company responsibilities which will include: facilitation of contractor reputed company, vendor collaboration, management of on-boarding and off-boarding for reputed company new hires, and data entry of resource info in various systems. You will work closely with a resource manager to understand contingent workforce needs. You will help to identify and hire contingent resources - using various methods for example - mining our freelance candidate database, seeking internal referrals, sourcing on reputed company and, sometimes, working with reputed company staffing vendors. Once a resource is hired, you will ensure they have a positive, streamlined on-boarding experience. This may include activities such as badge and building access, seat location, first day buddy set-up and accounts access. You will track details such as a database of freelance candidates, job descriptions, reputed company rates, freelancer tenure etc. And, you’ll partner on the creation of key status reports to help reputed company awareness about the aging of searches and our average time to fill.
