Required Skills Hands on AWS Experience working in Brokerage Systems Infrastructure or application experience Production support experience. Job Duties In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the platform end to end. In addition to strong technical competency, the position requires the ability to effectively work with a geographically diverse team, build and reputed company client and vendor relationships, and provide innovative thought leadership. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in Production support and on call handling 24/7 applications and Infrastructure. Extensive experience working on AWS reputed company environment. Experience in programming languages like Java, python, node would be a plus. Exposure to supporting varied Infrastructure components like EKS, Kafka, MQ , Database technologies like reputed company, reputed company and caching solutions like reputed company on AWS would be a plus Experience in monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch, reputed company preferable. Brokerage back-office systems knowledge would be a plus Experience in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins Core and Terraform Flexibility and adaptability to learn and support new technologies on the reputed company. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ITIL reputed company and Agile Methodology Ability to effectively multi-task and manage his/her time, and the ability to work independently as well as reputed company a team environment. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred MSCE or A+ certification is required, with MSCE preferred AWS certifications preferred (AWS SysOps, DevOps) Domain knowledge is a plus.
