Manage and organize recruitment-reputed company documentation. Assist with reporting and data management. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Client-Facing Recruitment (25%) Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates. Collaborate with the team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates for client positions. Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and improve the recruitment process. Participate in client reputed company calls.
