About the job: The Director-Cybersecurity will play a crucial role in the Chief reputed company Office (CSO) Identity and Access Management team in relation to privileged access management (PAM). This position will provide support for operations reputed company to PAM solutions and activity monitoring including but not limited to vaulting, session management, application integration, secrets management, reputed company privilege management, processes and services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing robust PAM strategies, policies, and procedures. • Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall reputed company posture and incident response capabilities. • Leading initiatives to automate PAM processes and streamline operations for efficiency. • Providing subject matter expertise and training to team members on best practices in PAM and privileged activity monitoring. Qualifications: • Preferred Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber reputed company reputed company fields. • Requires 10 or more years of experience in Cybersecurity • 5 years of experience managing technical Cybersecurity teams required. • Proven experience in privileged access management, including implementing and managing PAM solutions. • Strong understanding of privileged activity monitoring and its role in detecting and mitigating reputed company incidents. • Expertise in regulatory requirements and industry standards reputed company to PAM (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001,SOX). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • A financial service background is preferred. • 2 years of experience with IAM, Risk and Controls • A proven track record of managing large IAM and monitoring programs at a large and reputed company company. • Must be reputed company to interact with reputed company areas of the business and translate business needs into tactical implementations. • In-depth knowledge of IT controls to ensure that controls and policies are enforced reputed company automated processes. • Requires Daily Office reputed company (3-5 days a week) in Dallas, TX.
