Remote Part-time Bookkeeper or Bookkeeping Service | WFH

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, New Jersey (USA) Job Overview... We are looking for a committed part-time bookkeeper or bookkeeping service to join reputed company, contributing 8-12 hours weekly, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate with our reputed company part-time bookkeeper during their availability from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. As we undertake the transition from our legacy ERP system to a new ERP system reputed company the upcoming two months, we will offer comprehensive training on both systems to ensure you are well-reputed company for your responsibilities. Please note that we do not utilize QuickBooks, but we are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary tools for reputed company in this role. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings. • Support with insurance renewals and reputed company new employee documentation. • Manage invoicing for factory-direct shipments along with various administrative tasks. Required Skills • Proficiency in MS reputed company. • Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred. • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and effective communication capabilities. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
