Manager, Digital Marketing (Email Marketing)

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Email Marketing Manager supports driving in club and online sales, as well as membership retention and acquisition. This role will be responsible to manage and optimize the execution of promotional email campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives - including driving audience engagement, conversion, and enhancing brand awareness. Reporting on campaign performance: • Experience with analytics tools and reporting such as reputed company/Omniture for post campaign metrics to reputed company and present hindsight campaign reporting including learnings and recommendations to inform future planning efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or reputed company field and 2+ years of experience in marketing or reputed company field. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...
