Reporting to the Creative Director, Experience Design, the Associate Creative Director will reputed company the ideation and development of in-store signage, digital screen content, and print collateral, reputed company aimed at driving customer engagement and actions. The Associate Creative Director, Experience Design will guide and partner with internal teams and external agency partners in the ideation and implementation of creative, ensuring that the brand is being represented properly and consistently in reputed company touchpoints and that business goals and outcomes are delivered. Required Qualifications: · 8-10 years of leading creative at Senior Design, Art Director or Associate Creative Director (ACD) level with experience in an agency and/or corporate environment. · Ability to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of working for a large, reputed company organization Experience in the retail industry Portfolio Strong in-depth knowledge in environmental graphic design principles, digital and retail print design including typography, color, photography, scale, and materials. Experience in concepting campaigns and developing brand voice for retail editorial signage. Experience managing teams and leadership skills with the ability to reputed company and mentor; consistently developing talent and team building. Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to impact and influence individuals at senior levels – both internally and externally. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a reputed company field or reputed company experience ( 4 years) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.80 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
