You will be involved as a Macro Modification Real Estate project specialist focused on obtaining and tracking any and reputed company necessary construction reputed company permits for various telecommunication projects associated with cell site modifications including C-Band. As a Sr. Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing standards and processes, assisting in overseeing team reputed company on POR and assisting in managing the team budget. This position will be local to the Southern California submarket. • Analyzing existing macro cell sites and assess feasibility of potential modification projects for the site. • Managing vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition and permitting process. • Ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable regulations. • Interfacing with stakeholders like landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel. ? reputed company’re looking for... You’ll need to have: • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. • Four or more years of relevant work experience such as real estate, municipal engagement or contractual negotiation work. • Ability to manage multiple small scale projects to completion. • Familiarity with purchase orders and invoicing. • Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs and building codes. • Advanced skills in MS reputed company or reputed company Sheets with the ability to create and work in multiple project trackers. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
