Job Description
The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager directly supports the maintenance and reliability strategies and initiatives for reputed company of the companys manufacturing facilities. This position implements programs to advance equipment reliability as well as the maintenance teams capabilities. The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager identifies gaps in training, processes... tools, and spare parts to reputed company and implement solutions. The position leads root cause analysis work and partners with the local Operations teams to implement effective preventative measures as well as provide guidance for capital planning.
