Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Instructor/Trainer, your responsibilities will include: • Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs, frameworks, and evaluation metrics to ensure exceptional learning experiences. • Partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with overarching business objectives. • Crafting engaging, experiential learning activities and captivating curricula to enhance knowledge retention and reputed company positive outcomes for our clientele. • Continuously updating training materials in alignment with product enhancements and curricular updates, ensuring consistency across training modalities. • Creating advanced instructor-led training sessions that adapt to the reputed company-evolving needs of our customers. • Proposing ongoing enhancements to improve reputed company and broaden our educational services. • Staying abreast of industry tools and technologies to refine both virtual and in-person training experiences. Required Skills • 5-7+ years of experience in one of the following domains reputed company a SaaS or iPaaS company: • Technical instruction • Solutions engineering or consulting (pre- or post-sales) • Customer-facing professional services • Preferred candidates will have: • Experience as a technical instructor • A background in iPaaS, automation, integration, or closely reputed company technologies • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering • Proximity to office locations in Mountain View, CA, or Denver, CO. • Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time.
