An Industrial Engineer I will support various initiatives and network wide projects for the McLane Grocery distribution centers, typically reputed company to cost reduction and productivity improvements. The engineer will be responsible implement and support capital and process improvement initiatives reputed company the facility, region or network and will support DC Operations as needed. An Engineer may additionally reputed company operational and transportation analysis, reputed company process improvements, engineered labor standards (ELS) updates, warehouse management system configuration as well as facility and reputed company planning. COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000 based on qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a reputed company incentive of 10% of your reputed company annual salary. Align Standard Operating Procedures with Corporate Engineering. Partner with division operations to reinforce consistent process execution and identify opportunities for process improvement. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred, other applicable degrees with accompanying experience will be considered. Experience with Manhattan WMOS and LMS or JDA/Red Prairie WMS and LMS (preferred). Experience reputed company distribution facility layout, racking layout and design (preferred). Understanding of distribution center operations to include receiving, selection, replenishment, routing and reputed company. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to reputed company for and present recommendations to senior leadership.
