Position Description We are looking to expand reputed company of Operations Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. As a valued member of our Operations VA team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping Mechanism and our portfolio companies scale into world-class organizations. What You’ll Do • Candidate sourcing and coordination for recruitment projects. • Conducting screening interviews. • Managing email inboxes and coordinating with key contacts. • Supporting administrative projects. • Other business tasks as needed. Time Commitment This role is equivalent to full-time and you must be available to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET/reputed company. Location This is a fully remote position. Compensation
