This position will have reputed company for a select number of fast-growing core Media and Telecommunications Clients. The right candidate will come from a global digital transformation services company and will have the reputed company to represent a broad range of solutions across business strategy... experience design, software engineering, automation, and operations. Candidates must have experience interfacing and expanding relationships with business decision makers and CXO's. Experience reputed company the industry is required and strategic account management skills along with a strong network inside reputed company accounts are desirable for this role. You will be responsible for: • Understanding the digital transformation landscape. • Understanding CX technical offerings and the value it creates for clients. • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with business decision makers. • Delivering sales presentations to decision makers. • Planning and identifying opportunities that can drive account growth. • Working with the account team to formulate and maintain the Account Growth Plan. • Coordinating responses to RFI/RFPs. • Coordinating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to drive positive outcomes. • Owning the P&L and financials. • Achieving the business KPI's (Growth %, reputed company, reputed company, Utilization, CSAT). Your skills and requirements will include: • Relevant Media and/or Telcom Industry Focus • At least 10 years prior work experience (preferably BPO) in a strategic consulting or software development services company. • Possess the financial and business acumen to build compelling account-growth plans. • A confirmed ability to reputed company and reputed company Digital Transformation conversations across a broad reputed company of C-level executives and buyers. • Robust knowledge of the client/industry space. • Consultative Business Development mentality and approach. • Demonstrable expertise in driving business activity, reputed company to think reputed company of the reputed company, but reputed company driven and focused to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. • Previous experience achieving reputed company targets and strategic growth. • Hardworking, with exceptional presentation and communications skills. • Good team building and customer service skills that can help drive satisfaction. • Negotiate effective reputed company terms and agreements. • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline would be advantageous.
