Asset Support Specialist

Employer Industry: Environmental Services in the Steel and Metals Industry Why consider this job opportunity... - Competitive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and disability plans - 401k with company matching - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Engage in a dynamic work environment with a focus on sustainability - Chance to make a positive impact on asset management and operational efficiency - Willingness to travel overnight a minimum of 10% of the time What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders including management and co-workers - Evaluate and enter asset management data into support platforms and applications - Review and distribute weekly regional KPI status reports to relevant personnel - Assist with data integration and training for new team members on asset management platforms - Make recommendations for maintenance strategies and improvements to equipment reliability What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating maintenance activities in a steel, mining, or heavy industrial environment - At least 2 years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning using CMMS - Proficient in MS Office and CMMS - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret large amounts of cost and performance-related data How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mining, Mechanical, Process, or Electrical - 3 or more years of experience coordinating multi-site maintenance teams in a heavy industrial setting - Experience managing financial performance in a Maintenance and/or Operations setting - Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively #EnvironmentalServices #AssetManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitiveBenefits #SustainabilityInitiative At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
