Customer Service Submission Specialist M-F

We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. This particular project is assisting clients with inquiries on firearms. You will be scheduled appointments to assist consumers with registration of their device. As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork prior to submission. Your role is critical in validating customer information and providing a seamless experience by reviewing and resolving documentation issues with a high degree of attention to detail. Qualifications • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Technical savvy (can toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors) •...
