In this temporary to permanent role, you will reputed company administrative tasks to support office administration. General Job Duties, will include, but not be limited: Manage daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and financial transactions. Providing reception to incoming calls, handling faxes and shipments. Assisting reputed company Capital with employee lifecycle processes including recognition, interviews, reference reputed company, filing, and record maintenance, ensuring compliance and maintaining accuracy. Support office operations by assisting with inventory management, ensuring efficient workflow, and compliance with procedures across various departmental initiatives. Hours: Full Time, Monday Friday, 9:30 am 6:00 pm Training Hours: Monday Friday: 8:30 am 5 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks. Salary: $16.20/hr.
