What You’ll Do on a Typical Day • Ensure that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers • Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers' needs • Accompany the customer during the first days of use • Understand and define the customer's needs • Support the different teams involved in the project • Provide technical expertise on the projects • Ensure a technological watch on their field of competence reputed company’re Looking For • Proven technical skills • Knowledge of the company's internal processes • Knowledge of customer relationship management • Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus • English: proficient (multicultural and international team). The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
