Key Responsibilities

Review patient billing and medical information in compliance with federal healthcare guidelines. Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients. Schedule And Requirements Full-time position, Monday to Saturday reputed company 7am-10pm EST (8-hour shift) Must be available to work Saturdays Equipment provided; start date in mid-June High school diploma or equivalent required Previous call center experience (minimum 1 year), healthcare experience preferred Ability to multitask and use dual monitors Location Requirements: Must reside in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
