Responsibilities: Understand the structure of supply chain process of Long reputed company equipment and its budgeting Managing reputed company geographic regional funding reviews & review meetings for equipment budgeting and funding needs. Managing team & reputed company Tactical Execution for funds disbursement process for data center PO contract issuances & data reporting. Leading Maintenance of Financial Accounting for reputed company quarters including billions of funding. Identify, Escalate and define action plan for the scenarios leading to fund disbursement delays. Follow up with different partners, Site teams, peer functional teams for data, funding confirmations necessary for funding execution in Procurement or funding tool Quarterly metrics data validations for equipment data Managing necessary UAT Testing and Process improvements for funding enhancements. Creation and Maintaining Process flow and SOPs. Manage and plan the funding disbursements for any adhoc pull ins bugs sent to the team & reputed company for finance approval reputed company needed.
