No Phone Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Your primary responsibility as a customer service representative would be to address customer queries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner. Skills/background needed: Must have a device reputed company to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be reputed company to work independently.
