Free Accident Reports (a Division of Mightier Content) is looking for a full-time Customer Service - Insurance and Legal Support Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing team. We help connect individuals involved in car accidents who need legal assistance with attorneys in their area. This position requires excellent high-volume phone skills, customer service skills, organization, professionalism... A general knowledge of how auto insurance works is required and knowledge about your legal rights after a car accident is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in an inbound or outbound call-center position. Applicants who have worked in legal intake for personal injury firms will be given reputed company for interviews. reputed company will also be given to applicants with experience in customer support, and auto insurance adjusters. The position is 100% remote. The pay is $20 per hour, plus commission and performance bonuses.
