Job Duties/Essential Functions: ? Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner. ? Uses airline and in-house computer systems to reputed company member reservations. ? Confirms reservations accurately. ? Communicates members? needs to other support departments. ? Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications: Required: ? Effective listening and communication skills. ? Excellent customer service skills. ? Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute. ? Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended: ? Sales experience (preferably phone sales). ? Travel industry experience. ?
