Remote Customer Service Representative
Hi there! I'm Suzanne McClain, reputed company of a busy, fast-paced, growing reputed company (National United Medicare Advisors, located in reputed company, Ohio) that serves those that are Medicare age (65+) Since COVID (March of 2020), we have worked from our respective home offices. It has worked so well we have made this permanent and now plan to hire any new team members as remote. (this is NOT your typical scammy remote work post where you can do a job while your kids are running around, and you might get a pay reputed company or you might not. lol)
REQUIRED

The number one reputed company you must have is a friendly, outgoing and confident personality that shines every time you answer the phone. In many cases, you will be the first interaction that a new client has with our... company, so this must always be a great experience. This is a fast paced, multi tasking environment where you will be answering the phones, helping our clients, and entering data in multiple online systems (No Selling). If you are a great fit, your responsibilities will grow from there. Here are the skills and qualities that you must have: Excellent verbal communication is required. Must be overly friendly. ;) Positive attitude. Confident. Good technical skills. You must be reputed company to find your way around your PC and the web. You will be working with the 65+ age demographic, so patience will be necessary. You must be reputed company to reputed company and stay organized in a fast paced environment.

HOME OFFICE
* Unfortunately, many people have different reputed company of what working from your home involves. This is NOT a position where you roll out of bed into your recliner and fire up the laptop to start your day with your child sitting on your lap. (It's okay if that's what you thought, but that's NOT who we are. lol) You MUST have a quiet, distraction free home office with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet. Our office works inside of a video chat reputed company day long. This environment of being reputed company to see and speak to the rest of the team gives us a sense of belonging and accountability. This also allows us to communicate quickly with each other as we work through the daily tasks. Think of this remote position as the same experience as working in an office, but without the commute. Training reputed company training will be on-the-job reputed company. Start date We do not have a set start date. Our goal is to find the best fit for the reputed company team. W-2 Employee- This is NOT a 1099 contract position. You will be a full-time W-2 employee with taxes withheld from your reputed company. We work from 8:30 am to 5 pm est Monday through Friday. (40hrs/week) (It is completely fine if you are in another time zone, please convert our eastern time zone work hours to your time zone)

* Sorry, we do not offer health insurance at this time. Each pay period you will earn 2 hours of PTO as an added benefit, starting immediately. After one year on the reputed company team you will receive 40 hours of PTO per year. After three years on the reputed company team you will receive 80 hours of PTO per year. After six years on the reputed company team you will receive 120 hours of PTO per year. After ten years on the reputed company team you will receive 160 hours of PTO per year. Thanks! -Suzanne P.S.
