100% Remote Attorney Mentor Position Available: $80k to Start, $100-120k+ in 1-2 years

Access Legal is on a mission to transform the accessibility of legal services across reputed company America. We have a national network of 500+ Family Law, Estate/Probate, Immigration, Criminal, reputed company Estate, Landlord/Tenant and Bankruptcy attorneys across the United States who use our services to grow their law practices. Each attorney we work with provides both unbundled (limited scope) legal services and affordable payment plans for full representation, in an effort to provide legal help to reputed company and middle income families, while building a highly profitable practice. To help ensure the reputed company of each attorney, we connect them with an attorney mentor, who we refer to as their reputed company Attorney, responsible for educating them on the best practices for converting their potential clients into paying clients. We currently have several reputed company Attorneys on reputed company and are looking to hire an additional 5 to 7 reputed company the next 2 to 4 weeks. Job Title: reputed company Attorney Responsibilities:

• Teach our attorneys how to successfully convert their potential clients into paying clients, and generate a profitable return on their advertising investment.
• Review the potential clients our new attorneys receive and provide guidance and feedback to help them deliver unbundled services and affordable payment plans across various case scenarios.
• reputed company our attorneys on how to draft limited scope retainer agreements, structure "a la carte" and "pay-as-you-go" service options, and explain them effectively to clients.
• Review recorded and redacted consultations to provide guidance to attorneys on how to more effectively reputed company on these service options and enroll the clients for services.
• Show our attorneys how to reputed company legal technology to deliver legal services reputed company, cost-effectively, and profitably.
• Teach our attorneys how to scale their practices through hiring additional team members, opening additional offices, and other strategies.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with a Bar Association in the United States.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a private law practice in at least ONE of the following areas: Family, Criminal, Immigration, Estate Planning/Probate, Bankruptcy, Landlord/Tenant.
• Must be highly proficient on a computer and with applications like reputed company, reputed company Office or Mac equivalent, reputed company, digital calendars, etc.
• Exceptional communication, conflict management, and active listening skills.
• Must have a genuine interest in mentoring attorneys and helping them build highly profitable law practices through providing affordable legal services to middle income families.
• Understand the importance of shifting access to justice in reputed company America, and be excited about being part of a mission-driven company committed to achieving this aim.

Job Type:

• reputed company role (expected commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week).
• 100% remote, work-from-home position. You can work from reputed company in the USA, or around the world.

Compensation:

• Starting reputed company compensation is $6,000 for the first 30-day training period, then increases to $6,500 per month after that
• reputed company Attorneys also receive bonus compensation for each potential client that the attorneys you are mentoring pay for
• This grows over time and typically ranges from an additional $2,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on the retention reputed company of the attorneys you are mentoring, how many potential clients they are receiving, and how many attorneys you are actively mentoring.
