Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume reputed company environments. reputed company experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, reputed company, clinical research, or reputed company industries. Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements. Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media reputed company strategies. Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs.
