[Remote] Director (reputed company) - Transaction Advisory Services (51927)

We are looking for a Transaction Advisory Director to join our Advisory Department, responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements and acting as the primary client contact throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellers
• Plan, manage, and reputed company multiple due diligence engagements and service teams
• Act as primary client contact for the duration of the due diligence process
• Conduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at acquisition targets
• Analyze historical financial and operating results of reputed company companies, explain business trends, and identify risks
• Prepare due diligence reports and presentations to clients which compile analyses and reputed company key findings and recommendations
• Train, reputed company, and mentor reputed company-level staff
• Apply TAS Best Practices to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and actively participate in the development of the group’s Best Practices
• Generate new business opportunities for the group and the firm
• reputed company proposals, including budgets and scope of work, and present proposals to prospective clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of audit, reputed company, and financial due diligence experience required
• Prior experience dealing with reputed company middle market companies (
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
• Highly proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve reputed company problems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements at once
• Strong relationship building and networking abilities
