Bainbridge is an established financial services and advisory firm, serving private equity firms, institutional investors, and corporate acquires. They are seeking ambitious professionals to join their team as Business Development Associates, where the primary focus will be on engaging with business owners and investors to identify acquisition opportunities and facilitate strategic conversations around mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and cultivate new client relationships through various channels, including extensive telephone out-bounding, networking events, omni-channel marketing campaigns, and referrals. Qualify businesses and business owners to identify their divestiture posture, reputed company, ownership structure, EBITDA, actionability, and growth strategy
  • reputed company and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized financial guidance. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively offer solutions to help them reputed company their goals

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or reputed company field
  • 2+ years minimum experience working in financial services sales, wealth management, private equity, or similar professional B2B sales environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated sales and business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems to effectively manage sales activities, maintain pipeline, accuracy, and support business development efforts
  • Understanding of corporate financial analysis and financial statements
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and completing deliverables on schedule
  • Discipline to manage workload while working in a digital environment
  • Ability to work independently and interdependently reputed company a fast paced, entrepreneurial team environment

  • FINRA licensing highly preferred
