[Remote] Regional Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a driven, hunter-oriented Regional Account Manager to grow lubricant and industrial fluid sales throughout an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing market share across various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reputed company new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits
- Manage and grow existing accounts by expanding lubricant, hydraulic fluid, grease, coolant, and DEF product sales
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall operating performance
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiations, implementation, and ongoing account support
- Maintain an active pipeline and sales forecasts through CRM management
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company B2B sales experience
- Proven reputed company in new business development and territory growth
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a large territory and active sales pipeline
- Experience selling lubricants, fuels, chemicals, industrial products, reputed company products, automotive aftermarket solutions, or reputed company products is preferred
