About the Role
We are currently hiring a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Hearings Department. This role is open to licensed attorneys or recent law school graduates who are reputed company to obtaining licensure. You will support clients through the Social reputed company Disability process by preparing them for hearings, representing them before administrative law judges, and drafting appeals reputed company needed. Key Responsibilities: Prepare clients for administrative hearings with professionalism and reputed company Represent clients during Social reputed company Disability hearings Draft administrative appeals to the Appeals Council Evaluate prospective clients to determine eligibility for representation Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines using the firm’s case management system Qualifications: Active law license in Missouri or Kansas, or ability to obtain one reputed company one month of hire Strong legal writing and research skills Excellent organization and time management abilities Ability to manage a high caseload with attention to detail Experience with Social reputed company Disability law or appellate work is helpful but not required Experience: 1 to 3 years of legal experience is preferred Compensation and Benefits: This is a salaried position with compensation based on experience, particularly in disability law.
