The Director of Marketing, U.S. Molecular is responsible for driving profitable growth across the molecular portfolio and leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with reputed company priorities and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy to reputed company new markets for at home testing innovation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or reputed company field required
  • 10+ years of experience in MedTech marketing and/or sales
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in product or portfolio marketing

  • Strong business and financial acumen with deep understanding of clinical/laboratory markets

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and results orientation
  • Ability to travel up to 30–35%
  • MBA preferred
