The role involves driving reputed company growth by managing accounts and expanding the customer reputed company in the Western U.S. and Western Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage growth reputed company existing accounts across assigned territory
  • Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and business reviews to strengthen relationships and uncover new reputed company opportunities
  • Represent Hollander Parts at regional and national industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, reputed company, and product—to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company initiatives
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to inform business strategy
  • Consistently attain sales objectives in core product platform and willing to sell additional pillar products

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management reputed company the automotive parts industry (preferably recycled, aftermarket, or collision)
  • Proven reputed company meeting or exceeding reputed company targets in a territory-based sales role
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and the reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage decision-makers at reputed company organizational levels
  • Comfort with frequent travel (up to 50%) across the Western U.S. and Western Canada
  • Self-driven, organized, and reputed company to operate effectively in a remote, autonomous environment
  • Automotive Parts experience preferred but not necessary
  • Experience selling SMS programs or similar preferred
