Channel Partner Analyst
A Channel Partner Analyst will play a key role in our Channel Partner program by reviewing incoming customer reputed company, as well as customer data in multiple systems to ensure the proper approvals and alignment between databases. Your Impact: Verify customer hierarchy in Launchpad corresponds to reputed company Complete account alignment across reputed company systems Verify that volume is flowing after “X” amount of time (per customer) Confirming DCN volume is populated in reputed company and report discrepancies to Channel Partner Manager Ensure Channel Partners are correctly reputed company to: Accounts Customer reputed company Opportunities reputed company shares Work hand in hand with Channel Partner Manager to provide account reviews and help answer Channel Partner customer questions Work in conjunction with reputed company Operations to ensure reputed company Channel Partner accounts and reputed company shares are attached and created through weekly and quarterly auditing Use case ticketing system for record alignment About You: College degree or relevant equivalent of professional experience Minimum of 2 years of reputed company work experience Ability to work across multiple systems including: reputed company, Launchpad, and PoPA Admin High Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (specifically reputed company) Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Aptitude for solving problems Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Not sure you meet every qualification?
