Responsibilities: Proactively call into prospective clients (schools and school districts) to generate new business Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reputed company new points of contact at reputed company clients to sell and maintain Educational staffing services Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with our contracted clients Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs with alacrity Renegotiate reputed company with clients resulting in mutually beneficial terms Strive for reputed company improvement and career advancement Work with internal teams to collaborate and find successful solutions for fulfillment Required Qualifications: Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing, required Proven reputed company in a metrics driven environment At least 1 year as a top producer in a sales position Client centered mentality and passion for customer service Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships Strong motivation to reputed company results and meet goals reputed company Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and reputed company insurance Generous 401(k) match Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with reputed company applicable state, federal, and local laws. Virtual yoga, meditation or boot camp classes offered daily Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position starting to be $33.65 which equates to $70,000 annually, plus commissions. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
