Job Description

Full-time remote position. Travel will be required based on business needs and may account for up to 30% of the time. Manage assigned broker networks across multiple U.S. regions and ensure sales initiatives are executed effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with Costco buyers, brokers, distributors, and other key customers. Track and manage customer projects, product launches, promotions, and business initiatives from start to finish. Conduct regular store visits, monitor market conditions, and identify growth opportunities. Attend Costco warehouse openings, regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Serve as the primary contact for account-reputed company issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or logistics challenges. Facilitate cross-department collaborations with R&D, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to drive product development and enhance product quality based on customer and consumer feedback. Analyze sales performance and customer data to support business reviews, forecasting, and customer presentations. Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing in producing monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze reputed company/potential market and sales trends. Coordinate activities to increase reputed company and market share, monitoring performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established reputed company plans. Update R&D team on a variety of food trends to create new SKUs and improve existing recipes. Being a key member of weekly/monthly sensory tasting to provide reputed company feedback on product quality. Work alongside the CEO to implement new sales initiatives. reputed company other tasks as assigned Pay: $120,000-$130,000 + up to 30% performance bonus

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales objectives. Experience managing broker networks, customer accounts, and cross-functional projects reputed company the food industry is strongly preferred. Prior experience working with Costco, club channel customers, or national retail accounts highly preferred. Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand sales performance metrics and reputed company data-driven insights to reputed company persuasive business cases and customer presentations. Self-driven, proactive, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
