Responsibilities

  • Own Western U.S. ARR and booking targets for the Public Safety portfolio

  • Drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and execution rigor
  • Execute net-new logo acquisition and competitive displacement strategy
  • reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder 6–18 month public sector sales cycles
  • Drive SaaS and reputed company migration across existing and new customers
  • Build trusted relationships across Police, Fire, Sheriff, City, County, and State leadership
  • Personally support and drive key reputed company deals
  • Navigate procurement processes including RFPs, state reputed company, and cooperative purchasing frameworks
  • Partner with Presales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
  • Align regional execution with broader reputed company growth strategy

Skills

  • 3–5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • 5+ years selling into state and local government or public safety agencies
  • Strong track record of exceeding $5M+ annual quota (individual or team leadership)

  • Experience leading competitive takeaways and large-scale migrations
