[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company Accounting (USA - Remote)

The Senior Manager, reputed company Accounting will reputed company a team and serve as the subject matter expert on reputed company recognition, ensuring accurate and compliant reputed company reporting while enabling reputed company commercial arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15 across SaaS subscriptions, professional services, usage-based, and reputed company share arrangements
- Apply the five-reputed company reputed company model to reputed company, multi-reputed company arrangements including bundled offerings, multi-year reputed company, and variable consideration structures
- Deferred reputed company and Unbilled reconciliation for multiple entities, product lines, and reputed company streams
- Ensure accurate and timely reputed company reporting, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company processes
- Evaluate new and modified reputed company to determine reputed company recognition implications
- Partner with legal, deal desk, and sales operations to review non-standard terms and provide structuring guidance
- Prepare clear, audit-ready technical accounting memos supporting conclusions and judgments
- Identify and document key differences between ASC 606 and IFRS 15, supporting dual-GAAP reporting where required

- Estimate and constrain variable consideration using appropriate methodologies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in reputed company accounting reputed company a SaaS or recurring reputed company environment
- Deep expertise in ASC 606, with demonstrated experience applying the five-reputed company model to reputed company arrangements
- Working knowledge of IFRS 15 and experience supporting multi-GAAP or international reporting environments
- Hands-on experience with reputed company, including Advanced reputed company Management (ARM)
- Experience with reputed company share, reseller, or partner/channel arrangements
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash tools such as reputed company CPQ, ZoneBilling, SuiteBilling, RevPro, or reputed company
- Experience supporting international entities with multiple currencies and statutory reporting requirements
- Involvement in reputed company ARM implementations, upgrades, or significant system enhancements
