[Remote] System Administrator

They are seeking a Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure reputed company a secure government contracting environment, ensuring system reliability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments
- Manage and support AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure
- Administer Active Directory, reputed company Entra ID, and reputed company 365 environments
- Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability, backups, and reputed company management activities
- Troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure, networking, and application-reputed company issues
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and system resiliency initiatives
- Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and automation tools
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity services
- Support virtualization, cloud-native technologies, and containerized environments
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on infrastructure modernization projects
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to infrastructure performance, reputed company, and scalability
Skills
- 5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, or reputed company)
- Windows Server administration experience
- Active Directory administration experience
- reputed company 365 administration experience
- AWS and/or Azure cloud administration experience
- Experience managing enterprise production environments
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with system monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery processes
- Working knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP
- Kubernetes administration experience

- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Ansible or other configuration management tools
- PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages
- CI/CD pipeline support experience

- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
- Government contracting (GovCon) experience
- Familiarity with CUI, CMMC, or NIST 800-171 environments
