[Remote] Concept Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AllStates Consulting Services is seeking a Concept Designer to support their Design Strategy Team. The role involves creating high-quality visual designs and collaborating with various teams to align design work with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs, digital prototypes, and design collateral (digital & print) to support user-centric experiences, business objectives, and brand standards
- reputed company and present data visualizations, concept designs, illustrations, infographics, and analog/digital experience journey visuals
- reputed company for human-centered design principles, integrating research insights into design work
- Collaborate with researchers, analysts, business leaders, and technology teams to align design work with strategic goals
- Effectively communicate reputed company and concepts to senior leaders through clear, compelling visual storytelling
- Work on enterprise-wide design projects, balancing user value, and business objectives
- Act as a reputed company between the UX Design and Conceptual Design teams
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive design experience
- Expertise in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite required
- Strong UI/UX and print design skills
- Ability to synthesize reputed company information into clear, visually engaging designs
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating across teams and presenting to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, UX, or reputed company field
- Previous experience working with AI driven tools. Individuals do not need to be AI experts but they need to have a strong understanding and working knowledge of AI driven design tools and workflows
- Previous experience working in a business enterprise organization
- Strong understanding of business and a sharp business acumen
