The role is responsible for shaping and executing the finance organization's agenda, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving enterprise-wide initiatives to support growth and improve decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to define and execute a multi-year finance roadmap reputed company with corporate strategy and growth objectives
• Evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and leading practices to continuously evolve the organization operating model

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred

• Deep understanding of finance operating models, organizational design, process excellence, and digital finance enablement
