Client reputed company Specialist

Viremix is seeking a Client reputed company Specialist to help new clients move smoothly from payment into the setup phase. Viremix helps reputed company estate professionals generate reputed company appointments through paid advertising, automated follow-up systems, and appointment-setting infrastructure. This role is focused on organization, communication, and making sure each new client provides the information, assets, and access required for the team to reputed company fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Welcome new clients after they have signed or started service
• Schedule and coordinate reputed company calls reputed company needed
• Collect required client information, assets, and account access
• Follow reputed company checklists to ensure nothing is missed
• Update client records, notes, and reputed company statuses
• Identify missing items and follow up professionally
• Prepare clean reputed company notes for the campaign and automation team
• Communicate reputed company reputed company internally

Requirements:

• Experience in reputed company, administration, operations, customer support, or client coordination
