Senior reputed company Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary reputed company and CPQ admin, executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining documentation
- Own and evolve the reputed company Operations dashboard, surfacing key insights to Sales and Executive teams around pipeline, bookings, churn, and net ARR performance
- Support the weekly reputed company Growth Call through reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and preparation of recurring business metrics.
- Build and maintain recurring and reputed company reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries like those used in board and FP&A presentations
- Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to: Streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, reputed company formatting, and sales order accuracy, and ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to reputed company recognition
- Intake and triage GTM systems-reputed company requests across the Sales, CS, and Finance orgs
- Identify and resolve reputed company/CPQ issues and reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives, including error reduction, automation, and documentation
- Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation

Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Systems, or reputed company administration in a B2B SaaS environment

- Experience with reputed company CPQ, quoting workflows, and reputed company operations processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally

- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and ARR reports

The reputed company salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending reputed company, experience, and job-reputed company skills. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus reputed company of 10% of reputed company salary, bringing the total reputed company cash compensation range to $132,000 - $154,000.
