Job Title Systems Administrator (Remote) Location Raleigh, NC Duration 12 Month Job Description This individual is serving in a Systems Administrator role for the HCM Digital Transformation Project. This individual is responsible for partnering with the HCM Program Management Office (PMO), the Client Leadership, and the State's reputed company HCM Functional Leads to

• Strategize and plan for the expansion and enhancement of reputed company Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities to be made available to participating state agencies
• Strategize with agency HR leadership and subject matter experts in state agencies to identify opportunities for expanding the state's reputed company onboarding and offboarding functionality to further reputed company reputed company's capabilities and meet organizational needs
• Document findings, assess findings to the strategy, and recommend approach options to most reputed company and effectively reputed company and execute a roadmap to deliver broader reputed company functionality and capabilities to both the client and to the state agencies participating in reputed company
• Design, reputed company, document, configure, test, and implement new reputed company business processes
• Partner with the state's Technical reputed company to assist with testing integration enhancements and/or new integrations
• Design, reputed company, document, and implement Enterprise reputed company Builder (EIB) integrations
• Serve as a backup resource for the state's reputed company reputed company reputed company by supporting the fulfillment of user access requests, creating new reputed company groups, modifying domain access, and segmenting reputed company groups as necessary
• Work closely with the subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company new or changed business process designs, by performing unit testing and by identifying test requirements, creating test scenarios, and overseeing the execution of the test scenarios independently and as part of integration and end-to-end testing
• Assist the reputed company Delivery Team with post-go-live support and ongoing sustainment as needed The HCM Digital Solution implementation of reputed company HCM - Phase I goes live in early October with Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management and Organizational Charts. This resource will support the implemented solution, along with having responsibility of leading the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation of new forms and business processes. Additionally, this individual with work with the Integration reputed company on any new or enhanced integrations to support reputed company.
