Client Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution
  • Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support
  • Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed
  • Participate in team and department planning meetings

Skills

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Prior banking or financial services experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
